Keyser Announces 2025 Women's Tennis Schedule

MOBILE, Ala.- South Alabama women's tennis head coach Dr. Jaco Keyser announced the 2025 spring schedule Monday. The schedule features 21 regular season matches, 10 of which are at Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts. 

South will kick off their season with two home matches, welcoming West Alabama on Jan. 30 and West Florida on Feb.2. 

The Jaguars will have a short road trip where they will face Tulane on Feb.7, before returning to Mobile for two matches against Kennesaw State on Feb.9 and Northwestern State on Feb.14. 

South Alabama will then hit the road for five straight matches, heading to Mississippi State for a match on Feb. 21 before traveling to Birmingham to face Samford on Feb.23. South will close out their road trip with Florida Gulf Coast on March 1 and a neutral site contest against Yale on March 2. 

South will begin conference play with two home matches against Troy on March 8 and Georgia State on March 9. South will then have their first slate of conference road matches with App State on March 14, Marshall on March 16, Old Dominion on March 21, and James Madison on March 23. 

The Jaguars will return home the following week facing Jacksonville State on March 26 that will be followed up by matches against Louisiana and Texas State on March 29 and 30, respectively. 

South will have their final set of road matches against Southern Miss on April 5 and Louisiana-Monroe on April 12. The regular season will come to a close on April 19 when the Jaguars welcome Arkansas State to Mobile. 

The Sun Belt Conference Tournament will be held April 24-27 in Rome, Ga.
