Heyl Added to Fall Class

MOBILE, Ala. | South Alabama head coach Becky Clark announced the addition of Cailyn Heyl to the 2025 recruiting class on Thursday. Heyl joins Gracie Dees (Saraland, Ala.), Gracie McDonald (Ocean Springs, Miss.), Lillie Stagner (Chunchula, Ala.) and Kara Wine (Cantonment, Fla.) who were announced as part of the recruiting class last month.

"We are excited to add Cailyn to our team," Clark said. "She is a right-handed pitcher who attacks the corners and has a solid compete mentality. She has thrown number one for one of the best junior college programs in the nation and will come to us with a ton of big game experience. She is also a great teammate and will add to our overall team culture. I anticipate her coming in and making an immediate impact on our program."
