MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama graduate students
Jasmine Greene and
Gracie Wilson were named 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-Americans, with Wilson earning second team honors and Greene named to the third team.

The selections are the fifth in program history and the third year in a row for the Jaguars, as
Nour Imane Addi was named third-team All-America a season ago. The honor is also the second of Wilson's career, as she was named first-team All-America in 2021.

Wilson totaled six goals and five assists this season, totaling 17 points. Wilson ranked third on the Jaguar squad in both goals and assists. The graduate student also started all 20 games this season and became the new program leader for matches played (103) and career assists (31). Wilson was also named first-team All-Conference and third-team United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region.

Greene finished the year with five goals and seven assists, totaling 17 points. She ranked first on the team in assists and fourth in goals. Greene finished her career with 31 goals, totaling 17 at South Alabama and 14 at Furman. Greene was named second-team All-Conference and Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week following a multi-goal game versus Lamar.

Wilson is pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently has a 4.0. Greene also has a 4.0 and is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.
