QUOTABLE
Head Coach Richard Moodie
On the match: "We've got a great squad with a lot of depth. We didn't skip a beat when we went to the bench.
Monique Gray obviously had a great day, but I also think Gabby Gayle too. She came on the field today and has been out of the lineup a little bit and she had a goal and an assist in almost her first two touches. Proud of the girls, proud of the squad and they've just got to realize how good they can be when we work hard for each other. If we play like this, we will be a hard team to beat."
On bouncing back from Thursday's draw: "We were disappointed with how we played, if we played our best and tied then it's fair, but we didn't. Today was just about trying to play well. The lightning break might and been a good reward for us in some capacity. We needed that, just to regroup. We came out and we were a different team. Proud of the girls. They are an unbelievable team. Fun to watch, fun to be around."
Sophomore forward Monique Gray
On the match: "At first we struggled but when we started connecting the ball and doing really well. I just have more confidence. People are pushing me to score and do what I do."
On bouncing back from Thursday's draw: "It was very important. We did struggle last game and we shouldn't have. Today helped us realize we are a great team and we can do anything that is possible."
