TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of South Alabama track & field teams are scheduled to compete in the Crimson Tide Invitational hosted by Alabama on Friday at the Sam Bailey Track & Field Stadium.

NOTES
- At last year's edition of the Crimson Tide Invitational, Hanna-Mai Vaikla won the heptathlon with an overall career-best score of 5,411 and moved up to third on the program all-time list. 
- Brylan Shirley scored a lifetime best of 6,183 points in the decathlon after recording top-four finishes in three of the 10 events at last year's Crimson Tide Invitational. 
- Francois Prinsloo took second at last year's meet in the discus with a 56.14m mark. 
- 61 student athletes will make the trip and represent the Jags in Tuscaloosa this weekend.
