Head Coach Mark Calvi
- On JoJo Booker:
"JoJo was outstanding today. He was super efficient; he had 74 pitches going into the eighth (inning). He was outstanding, and that is what a guy who has been around the block does. He has been really good two weeks in a row, and that kind of efficiency is what I expect out of him every weekend. The game starts with that guy on the mound, and he got us off to a really good start."

- On the double-squeeze:
"We have some different things in our offense to do when the time is right and we feel like we need it. We have some guys who have been swinging the bat well so early on in the game you don't want to start giving away too many outs. Cam Tissue and Hunter Donaldson, to me, were the stories of today. They came off the bench yesterday and made starts today, and I thought they were fantastic. With really good pitching, those two kids won the game for us by the way they stayed ready and practiced hard because they are winners."

RHP JoJo Booker
- On his performance:
"I have gained a lot of confidence throughout the past two weeks, and I'm just out there letting my defense do their thing and just competing and giving it all I have – that's all I can do. I just had to get up there and let it eat, and everything kind of fell into place after that."
