THEY SAID IT
Head coach Richard Moodie

- On the layoff and refocusing: "I thought we played well against LSU and came up short, but played horrible against West Florida and won 1-nil, and I don't think either performance is going to get the job done against Alabama. We have to find a way to put on the performance we had against LSU with being a bit more clinical in the final third. Trying to focus is tough without having a game, but we did inter-squad to attempt it. We can't mimic the pressure that we'll undergo against Alabama."

- On Alabama and the upcoming SEC slate: "The SEC teams are in there because that is the level of competition we will be going up against in the national tournament. For us, it's important that we take these games on, prepare for them, go through them and figure out where we're at [as a program]. It's a good indication of where we need to be next year, or where we're at going into the tournament this year."
