NEW ORLEANS – The first of two University of South Alabama men's basketball games against Georgia State on the final weekend of the regular season will be carried live on ESPN2 the Sun Belt Conference office announced on Monday.
The Jaguars will take on the Panthers on Friday, Feb. 26 at the Mitchell Center, with tip time moved to 8 p.m. (CST) to accommodate the nationally-televised broadcast. South's Senior Day contest the following day is now scheduled to get underway at 6 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+.
The Jags — who have won six outings in a row and now lead the league's East Division with an 8-5 mark — will visit Appalachian State for a pair of games this weekend prior to its ESPN2 appearance.
