NEW ORLEANS – The University of South Alabama men's basketball program will make a national television appearance at the end of the month with the announcement Wednesday by the Sun Belt Conference office that the Jaguars' first game at Georgia State will broadcast live on ESPN2.
South will face the Panthers in Atlanta at 7:30 p.m. (CST) on Friday, Jan. 29, and as a result tip-off time the following night for the second match-up between the two programs has been moved to 5:30 p.m.
It's the second time this season the Jags will appear on national television after their Dec. 4 game at Auburn aired live on the SEC Network.
