THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Richard Moodie
Overall thoughts: "I'm really pleased with everyone that got in and we got big minutes from a lot of players tonight. The most important thing was a clean sheet at home, which we've not been able to do this year, three points and undefeated in the conference. We've come out of this exactly where we want to be."
On the offensive effort: "We were screaming on the sidelines, 'A moment of quality; stop swinging at half-chances off-balance.' We were looking for that one moment of quality where we could break them down. I thought the two goals in the first half were phenomenal. We moved the ball well, in off crosses, and Tilly Wilkes is on the scoresheet. There were a lot of good things happening outside of the shots and goals."
On Wilson's performance: "She was phenomenal. She's one of those girls where she's always in and about the shots and the scoresheet, and tonight she could have easily had a hat trick. She played some important minutes."
