THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Richard Moodie
Overall thoughts: "That was a really good game. I thought we had high intensity all the way from minute one through to the 90th minute. I thought we deserved that one to be honest with you. We created the better chances. It could have been a different game if they had scored early; they had a good chance. We were able to hang on there and get the win."
On Morris' night: "She continues to work hard in practice. She's in her senior year and I think she's out to prove a point to everyone in the conference. She's a huge asset to the team off and on the field, but there's stuff she does in the background the speaks volumes about her. She's a proper Jag; she wants to do everything, make the school a better place and make the team better. She's a true team player – and I'm proud of her efforts – but I think she's got a great group of girls around her tonight that helped her be successful in front of goal."
On Einarsdóttir in her first home game: "That was an amazing goal. She's just a fantastic player. We've got so many good players right now. It's difficult as a staff because you're trying to get everybody playing time, but it's so competitive in practice. I just hope we can keep it that way."
