THEY SAID IT
Head coach Ben Hannan
On the first day of the tournament: "The conditions today were very scoreable, but we made a couple of big numbers early and kind of put ourselves in a hole.  On the back nine the wind picked up a little, Rasmus and Peter really responded to keep us in it with a good round tomorrow."
On the approach for the second round of the event: "Tomorrow is important, the guys know what's on the line.  We are in a hole right now, we've got to go out and play the kind of golf we are capable of; if we do that, then we'll have an opportunity on the third day.  What this is all about is getting yourself in yourself into position.  We're executing fine, although we can stand to make a few more putts with some of the opportunities we're getting.  At the end of the day, we need to be ready to go and compete."

Up next: The second round of the conference championship will get underway at 7:30 a.m. (CDT) on Monday from split tees.
