Head Coach Nick Brochu
On the rankings and ITA selections: "Having Loic and Clement selected to be directly in the main draw is a big honor. I can't remember the last time South Alabama had a player selected in the main draw in singles or doubles. Those guys earned it. They worked so hard last year and played amazing all season. Finishing the year ranked top 25 in the country is a big accomplishment. Now sky is the limit. They will also have a great opportunity to increase their singles rankings as they will be in the qualies for singles. Most of the players in the qualies will be top 125 in the country, so no easy matches. But those two guys love challenges and will be ready. Sacha and Sam will be battling in the pre-qualies. I believe they can win all their matches and join Loic and Clement in the qualies. Sacha has been playing very solid and he is hungry for results. Sam has been a blessing for this team and is excited to represent the Jags at the All-American."
