QUOTES
Head Coach Mark Calvi

- On the pitchers:
"The game starts and stops on the mound, and (Jared) Proctor was outstanding again; he's been good for us all year. He doesn't get hit. They (UTA) scored a run tonight without the benefit of a base hit, but when Proctor is in the zone he is really good. I just thought it was a great effort on his part, along with Zach Melton and Zach Greene in behind him. The guys were really good on the mound tonight, and that's what it takes."

- On the offense:
"We faced a good pitcher in (Brad) Vassar. He's and experienced guy, and they brought a very good arm (Logan Austin) in out of the bullpen. I was impressed with the way we ran the bases early in the game. (Dylan) Hardy got a single, tagged up on a deep flyball to right field, then ends up scoring on a single in which he otherwise wouldn't have scored that inning. These guys always go hard, but just their awareness on the bases and keeping pressure on the defense both in the batter's box and on the bases – it was a really good effort all around tonight."
