THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Terry Fowler
On last weekend: "It was basically what happened the previous two weeks. We spotted App State points and fought back. We didn't force overtime; we were up three with 17 seconds left. They hit a big to send it overtime and they finished the game off. We didn't make free-throws. We go to Coastal, play an excellent three quarters and then in the fourth go 0-for-14 from the field."

On just fighting through the current adversity they're facing: "That's all you can do. Most teams go through this at some point in the season. Ours is happening right now. You just have to fight through it. If you're a good shooter, you're a good shooter. You just don't lose it forever. What concerns me is our defense. We have been pretty good defensively this year and we haven't been able to hold up at that end of the floor."
