THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Nick Brochu
On last weekend: "I really liked the way we started and finished the Samford Invitational. We went there as the number one seed and we showed we can play well and be consistent."
On the excitement for this weekend: "The guys are excited. When you go to regionals, that's where all the best players from the Southern region will be from Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Last year we did well, but this year we are looking for good results across the board."
On what the team needs to do to be successful this weekend: "We have to take care of the matches we need to early in the tournament and not spend more time on the court than we need to because you eventually run into big opponents and you want to be fresh."
