"Lucas and Pierre had big matches today," USA head coach
Nick Brochu said. "They played against clay court players and it showed. We fought hard and never gave up even after losing the first sets.
"We saw some good things today and some things we need to work on. We now have two weeks to get better before our next tournament."
The Jaguars return to the court Sept. 30 for the Southern Miss Invitational.
