2014 Tiger Invitational Tournament Central

MOBILE, Ala. – No. 18/19 University of South Alabama softball will take on Northwestern and No. 21 LSU at the 2014 Tiger Invitational in Baton Rouge, La., on Saturday after the 2014 Georgia Softball Classic was canceled due to wintry conditions.
 
The Jaguars (5-0) are scheduled to face Northwestern (3-1) at 10 a.m. and the host-Tigers at 3 p.m. at Tiger Park
 
"We were looking forward to facing some quality opponents in Athens [Ga.] this weekend," said USA head coach Becky Clark. "But, fortunately, LSU was able to work us into their tournament, so we're happy to still face a couple of quality teams on Saturday."
 
Results from Saturday's competition will be posted to USAJaguars.com immediately following the contests. Live stats can be found by accessing the link located on the softball schedule page shortly before game time.
