Karlsson matched the best finish of his career last week at the Sun Belt Conference Championship after tying for third place in a field of 60 with a 1-under-par 212 54-hole total, helping the Jaguars advance to match play by placing in the top four of the team standings.  One of four players to shoot below par in stroke play, the sophomore fired a 4-under-par 67 in the second round before following up with a 70 over the last 18 holes.  Karlsson then accounted for one of South's two points with a 3 & 2 victory over individual medalist Morgan Deneen before the Jags fell to eventual champion Coastal Carolina.
