Hill (7-1) tossed his third complete game of the season, and allowed two runs on eight hits with nine strikeouts in nine innings pitched to earn his seventh win of the year in Friday’s series opener with Arkansas State. Hill did not allow a run until the Red Wolves pushed two across in the seventh inning, which snapped a 14 1/3 scoreless innings streak.
