Collins broke his own school record in the pole vault, clearing 5.42m at the Jaguar Invitational to tie for the best mark at the meet. His mark ranks among the top 10 in the nation this season, and is best in the Sun Belt by a margin of .37m after the freshman was the only individual in the league to clear 5.00m in the event over the weekend.
