Griffith batted .275 with 13 homes runs and 47 RBI her senior year to help the Jaguars to a 40-13 overall record — which included a 16-4 mark in the Sun Belt Conference — and a ranking of 23rd in the final National Fastpitch Coaches Association poll to be chosen the Jaguar Female Student-Athlete of the Year.  A second-team all-league selection following the regular season, she was voted the Most Outstanding Player of the Sun Belt Tournament after leading USA to its second straight title; her efforts helped the Jags advance to the fourth NCAA Regional final in a row.  As a senior, the native of Centre, Ala., set a program season record for home runs, posted the second-highest slugging percentage (.597) and tied the school game record with six RBI in a February win over Ball State.
