2022: Outdoor — Placed third in the 800m (2:19.07) at the 2022 Mississippi State Maroon and White Invitational … season-high 5:08.69 in the 1500m at the South Alabama Invitational … Helped 4x400 relay place second (4:15.59) at the South Alabama Invitational. Indoor — Ran 2:18.96 in the 800m at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships … Helped 4x400 relay place second (4:12.89) at the Samford Invite 2022. 

2021: Outdoor— Clocked a new PR in the 800m with a time of 2:16.47 and finished 11th during the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships … Set a PR in her ninth-place finish in the 1500m (4:59.50) and took sixth in the 4x400 relay with a 4:94.87 mark … Finished in the runner-up position in the 800m after running the race in 2:18.06 at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up … Crossed the finish line in 2:19.69 in the 800m and finished in third place at the USA Invitational. Indoor— Finished in third place with the distance medley relay team in 12:02.09, and notched a 10th place finish in both the 4x400 relay (4:02.45) and 800m (2:18.37) events at the Sun Belt Indoor Track and Field Championships … Recorded a PR and fifth-place finish in the 1000m at the UAB Blazer Invitational with a 3:10.97 mark … Took fifth in the 4x400 (4:04.13) and ninth in the 800m (2:20.39) at the Jaguar Invitational. XC— Finished 14th in the 5K with a time of 21:51.1 at the Azalea City Classic XC Collegiate ... Set a PR in the 5K (19:58.7) at the North Alabama Showcase ... Competed in five races during the season.
 
2020: Outdoor— Did not compete. Indoor— Earned third-team all-conference honors with the distance medley relay (12:09.63) team and crossed the 800m line with a time of 2:21.89 at the Sun Belt Championships … Recorded a personal best in the 800m (2:17.00) at the Samford Bulldog Invite. XC— Saw time on the course in two races – Azalea City Classic and Blazer Classic … Best time and finish came during opening week as she paced 33rd with a time of 21:47 at the Azalea City.
 
2019: Outdoor— Claimed a season-best time and a top-five finish in the South Alabama Invitational 800m (2:24.73, fourth) … Ran the Southern Miss Open 400m in 1:02.89 and 1,500m in 5:25.44. Indoor— Finished sixth in the Samford Bulldog Invite 800m with a personal-best time of 2:21.95 and covered the same distance in 2:22.15 at the Vanderbilt Invitational … Was part of the 4 x 400m relay team which ran a season-best 4:06.20 at the Jaguar Invitational. XC— Competed in four of South’s six races during the fall … Best finish and time of the season came when she placed 31st at the 14th Annual Foothills Invitational with a time of 20:09, just two seconds off her personal best.
 
2018: XC— Ran a season-best 20:07 to finish third in the Challenge of Champions 5k … Crossed the 5k line in 20:11 at the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Festival and 20:20 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.
 
High School: Earned letters in cross country, track, and basketball at Lakewood Ranch High School in Bradenton, Fla. … Was the district champion and placed third at regionals in the 800m in 2017-18 … Finished seventh in the 800m at the 2018 state meet.
