2026: Outdoor — Won the 1500m at the USSU Eagles Invitational with a season-best time of 4:59.55 ... placed third in the 1500m at the Jaguar Invitational with a time of 5:04.57 ... finished third in the 5000m at the Terry Long Florida State Relays ... recorded a season-best 5000m time of 18:48.25 at the Josh Reidinger Invite. Indoor — Competed in the 3000m and distance medley relay at the Sun Belt Championships ... recorded a season-best 3000m time of 10:27.65 and a season-best mile time of 5:10.18 at the Indoor Music City Challenge.
2025: XC— Competed at the Sun Belt Championships, finishing 65th in the 5k with a time of 18:46.4. Posted a season-best finish of sixth at the Azalea City Classic (18:40.6, 3-mile). Also competed at the Alabama Crimson Classic (22:57.2, 5.868k) and Southern Showcase (18:45.4, 5k), while opening the season with a 33rd-place finish at the Battle for NOLA (14:49.9, 4k). Outdoor — Recorded a runner-up finish in the 3000 meters at the Southern Miss Invitational with a time of 11:01.54. Added top-10 finishes at the South Alabama Invitational in both the 1500 meters (5:08.97, 5th) and 3000 meters (11:03.68, 6th). Posted a 14th-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Crimson Tide Invitational (11:50.46). Indoor — Competed in the 3000 meters during the indoor season, recording a season-best time of 10:31.72 at the Samford Bulldog Invite.
2024: XC — Competed at the Sun Belt Championships, finishing 57th in the 5k (19:18.8), and at the NCAA South Region Championships, placing 155th in the 6k (22:58.4). Posted a season-best finish of 39th at the Georgia Tech Invitational (23:40.1, 6k) and competed in multiple meets throughout the season.
