2018: Outdoor— Earned first-team all-conference honors after winning the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a 60.83m hammer throw … Set a new Jaguar hammer throw record with a 61.50m mark at the Florida Relays … Broke her own school record less than a month later with a 61.58m effort at the Mt. SAC Relays … Qualified for the NCAA East Region Preliminary, where she finished 31st with a 57.02m hammer throw … Won the South Alabama Invitational (58.43m), Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (60.94m) and Jaguar Classic (58.44m) hammer throw events … Finished second at the Southern Miss Open and Tiger Track Classic with marks of 59.54m and 60.27m, respectively. Indoor— Set a new weight throw school record and claimed all-conference recognition with a first-place, 19.44m mark at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Won the Commodore Invitational weight throw with a 17.49m effort … Took the runner-up spot at the Samford Invite (18.09m) and Samford January Invitational (17.89m) … Threw for 18.61m at the Jaguar Invitational to finish third.
 
2017: Outdoor — Finished fourth in the Sun Belt Championships hammer throw (57.16m) … Threw a personal-best 57.58m to win the South Alabama Invitational hammer throw … Placed third in the Southern Miss Open hammer throw (55.98m) and 14th in the 100m hurdles (14.72m) … Placed sixth in the hammer throw at the War Eagle Invitational (53.73m) … Placed ninth with a 52.67m throw in the Tiger Track Classic hammer event … Also placed ninth at the Florida Relays in the hammer throw (54.96m). Indoor— Finished 14th in the Sun Belt Conference Championships weight throw (16.42m) … Finished 10th in the South Alabama Invitational weight throw with a mark of 16.52m … Placed 16th at the Vanderbilt Invitational in the weight throw with a toss of 16.27m; took eighth place in the Jaguar record books with a 8.85-second 60m hurdles performance at the same meet.


2016: Outdoor— Had a third-place, 54.39m hammer throw at the Sun Belt Conference Championships to earn all-conference honors … Won the Jace LaCoste- Mississippi State Invitational and South Alabama Invitational hammer throw events with marks of 55.55m and 53.58m, respectively … Finished third among collegians with a 55.82m hammer mark at the War Eagle Invitational … Took third place in the hammer throw at the Jaguar Opener (54.61m) and fourth place at the Louisiana Classic (50.86m). Indoor— Earned third place at the Jaguar Invitational with a 54.61m hammer throw … Had a season-best 60m hurdles performance of 9.01 seconds at the Commodore Invitational … Recorded a season-long, 15.46m weight throw at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.  

High School: Was a member of the Lakeville North High School in Lakeville, Minn., track and field team for five years ... Helped the Panthers win the team title at the sectional meet three times ... Upon leaving high school, was the only female in Minnesota history to qualify for the 100m dash and 100m hurdles in the same year ... Left program holding the 100m hurdles record (14.24 seconds) ... Was second in the state in the 100m hurdles as a senior after finishing third each of the previous two years ... Helped the Panther 4 x 100m relay team place eighth in the state.
