Biography

2017: Indoor — Earned two titles - the women's long jump and the women's triple jump - at the 2017 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships ... Beans' victory in the long jump with a 6.14-meter mark was a personal best for the senior and broke the South Alabama school record for the event ... Also won the women's triple jump with a 12.80-meter mark, giving Beans first-team all-Sun Belt Conference honors making it the second consecutive year she has won the discipline ....

2016: Outdoor —  Named second-team All-American after finishing 13th out of 24 competitors in the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship after recording a 12,90m mark...Jumped 13.19m to claim the title and all-Sun Belt accolades at the Sun Belt Conference Championship... Recorded a school-record 13.38m leap while finishing seventh at the NCAA East Region Preliminaries; that mark is ranked 10th in the country to qualify her for the national meet three times in as many seasons...Claimed the women's triple jump with a mark of 12.77m, and the junior placed fourth in the long jump with a 5.77m at the Jace LaCoste Invitational hosted by Mississippi State...Won the women's triple jump at South Alabama Invitational with a 12.55m leap...Finished fourth in Auburn's Tiger Track Classic recording a 12.41m mark in the triple jump... Indoor Second place finish in SBC Indoor Championship recording a career-best 5.84m in the long jump...At the Samford Invitational  finished second with a 12.89m effort in the women's triple jump that set a school record she the previous year and then ranked best in the league....Claimed first place at the Birmingham Crossplex with a 12.80m mark...Finished fourth in triple jump at the Commodore Invitational posting a 12.66 mark.

2015: Outdoor — Was an honorable mention All-American after finishing 17th in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships ... Advanced to the national meet with a 12th-place finish at the NCAA East Region Preliminary Round, recording a season-best 12.78m mark ... Earned all-Sun Belt Conference recognition with a 12.64m leap — good for a third-place result — at the league championship, matching a season-best with a 5.55m mark in the long jump ... Had distance of 12.42m in the triple jump at the Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Georgia Tech to come in second place ... Earned victories in the event at the first two meets of the spring, the Jaguar Opener (12.57m) and the Battle of I-65 (12.33m) ... Finished eighth at the Mt. SAC Relays as well ... Was the winner in the long jump at the Jaguar Opener with a 5.55m mark, also placing fourth in the high jump ... Was second in the high jump and fifth in the long jump at the Battle of I-65 ... Indoor — An all-conference honoree after coming in second in the triple jump at the SBC Championship ... Wsa 10th at the meet with a 5.52m long jump also ... Set career highs in the triple jump (12.81m) and long jump (5.77m) at the BSC Panther Indoor Invitational, claiming the first while coming in second in the latter discipline ... Won the triple jump at the Samford Invitational with a mark of 12.55m, and was fourth in the event at Vanderbilt's Commodore Indoor Invitational after posting a 12.57m leap ... Added a fifth-place finish in the long jump (5.61m) at the Commodore Invitational ... Tied for second in the high jump after clearing 1.60m at Birmingham-Southern's meet.

2014: Outdoor — Set a career high with a 13.19m mark in the triple jump to win the event at the Sun Belt Championship and receive all-league honors ... Recorded a distance of 13.18m to place seventh at the NCAA East Region Preliminaries, going on to pick up honorable mention All-America accolades after coming in 17th at the NCAA Championship ... Also had career highs with marks of 6.11m in the long jump and 1.61m in the high jump at the conference championship, finishing fourth and sixth, respectively, in the events ... Won the triple jump at the Jaguar Opener ... Came in second in the event at the Battle of I-65 and the South Alabama Invitational, and placed third at Auburn's War Eagle Invitational ... Had top-10 finishes in the long jump at the Battle of I-65 — where she came in second — as well as the USA and War Eagle Invitationals ... Indoor — Was fourth in the triple jump at the SBC Championship with a season-best 12.23m mark ... Also came in fourth in the discipline at the Samford Invitational, where she finised sixth in the high jump after clearing a career-high 1.61m as well ... Had top-10 results in both the long and high jumps at the Arkansas State Invitational.

High School: Lettered four years in track & field, four years in basketball and two years in volleyball…Member of the 2013 state champion track & field team as well as the 2011 basketball squad…Holds school records in the long jump, high jump, 100m dash and 200m dash.
