2017: Indoor — Finished ninth as part of the Jaguars' 4x400-meter relay team at the Sun Belt Conference Championship ...  Posted her best time of the season in the 400m at the league meet posting a 59.45 time ... competed in the 4x400-meter relay in the South Alabama Invitational, Samford Invite and the Vanderbilt Invitational.

2015: Outdoor — Best time of season in 400-meter dash was 59.11 seconds at the Tiger Track Classic hosted by Auburn ... Posted time of 59.54 seconds for top-20 finish at the distance at the Sun Belt Conference Championship ... Was part of the Jaguars' 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams at the league meet ... Recorded a time of 59.53 seconds in the 400 meters at the Battle of I-65 ... A member of the 4x400-meter relay squad at three regular-season meets ... Indoor — Was fifth in the 400 meters in her collegiate debut at the BSC Panther Indoor Invitational after crossing the line in 58.20 seconds ... Ran on the 4x400-meter relay team at that competition as well ... Competed in the 400-meter dash at Vanderbilt's Commodore Indoor Invitational.

High School: Gaines holds the high school record for the 200-meter and the 400-meter… She won the 200-meter and 400-meter final at the 2014 FHSAA 3A District 1 meet… Gaines qualified to run in the FL meet in 2013 and 2014.
