Biography

2020: Outdoor – Did not compete. Indoor – Earned Academic All-District honors and was voted second-team Academic All-America® … Earned top-three finishes in all five pentathlon events: 60m hurdles (8.90s), high jump (1.68m), shot put (12.14m), long jump (5.82m) and won the 800m (2:22.10)  to place second in the Sun Belt Championships pentathlon (4,021 points) … Took seventh place in the long jump (5.70m) and 11th in the high jump (1.59m) at the Sun Belt Championships … Placed sixth at the 2020 Samford Bulldog Invitational shot put (12.63m) … Won the Jaguar Invitational long jump (5.80m) and claimed second in the high jump with a 1.69m mark … Finished eighth at the 60m hurdles at the Samford January Invitational (9.24s) … Holds the records for the school and the Sun Belt in the heptathlon and pentathlon.

2019: Outdoor— Scored 5,493 heptathlon points and claimed second-team All-America recognition at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships; ran a personal-best 2:18.13 in the 800m at the same meet … Set the Sun Belt heptathlon record (5,718 points) at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, recording career-best marks in the long jump (5.98m, eighth in program history) and shot put (12.53m) … Won her third consecutive conference heptathlon title and first-team all-Sun Belt honors after scoring 5,341 points and finishing in the top four in every event … Took first place in the South Alabama Invitational 100m hurdles (14.18 seconds) and high jump (1.79m, tied for second in the USA record books) … Claimed victories in the 100m hurdles (14.38 seconds) and long jump (5.93m) at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge. Indoor— Scored 4,203 points and took 10th place to earn second-team All-America honors, break her own Sun Belt Conference pentathlon record and tie the all-time USA high jump mark (1.78m) at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships … Was voted Sun Belt Indoor Women’s Field Most Outstanding Performer after contributing 28 of the team’s 69 points, setting a new league pentathlon standard with 4,079 points and winning the individual long jump competition with a 6.03m mark (second in USA program history) at the conference championships … Finished in the top three in all five events to win the LSU Bayou Bengal Invitational pentathlon (3,970 points).
 
2018: Outdoor— Finished 19th in the NCAA Division I Championships heptathlon with a total of 5,314 points … Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Round high jump competition, where she tied for 28th with a 1.70m mark … Set new USA and SBC heptathlon records after scoring 5,632 points at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, including a first-place finish in the high jump (1.75m) and second-place finishes in the 100m hurdles (14.00 seconds) and long jump (5.80m) … Earned 5,479 points to finish second in the Tiger Track Classic heptathlon, including a win in the 800m run (2:23.96) … Won the Jaguar Classic long jump with a 5.64m effort and finished second in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.21 seconds. Indoor— Placed fourth in the Sun Belt Conference Championships high jump after clearing a height of 1.76m … Took second in the Samford Invite high jump (1.75m) and third in the long jump (5.43m).  
 
2017: Outdoor— At the Sun Belt Championships, won the heptathlon with a career-best score of 5,382 points and placed ninth in the 400m hurdles … Won the South Alabama Invitational heptathlon with a score of 5,258 points … Won the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.31 at the Jaguar Classic and placed fifth in the javelin with a mark of 36.99m. Indoor— Won the Sun Belt Championships pentathlon with a score of 3,947 points, the second-best performance in Jaguar history; placed fifth in the long jump (5.95m) and sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.77 seconds) ... Placed third in the South Alabama Invitational long jump with a 5.71m effort ... Won the Samford Multi indoor pentathlon in her first-ever collegiate performance.

High School: In addition to track & field, participated in basketball and volleyball at Kristiansand Katedralskole Gimle in Vest-Agder, Norway ... Was the Norwegian Junior Champion in long jump and heptathlon.
