Rhyan Connolly was named South Alabama Soccer's Director of Operations in June 2026.
Prior to joining the staff, Connolly was a goalkeeper for the Jags for two seasons, playing with squads that won back-to-back Sun Belt West Division Championships.
During Connolly's time as a student-athlete at South Alabama, she served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) president, also serving as the President and Community Engagement Chair for the Sun Belt Conference. While being an athlete and community leader, she also earned her Master's in Sport Management.
Prior to South Alabama, Connolly was a student-athlete at ETSU for three and a half years. During her time with the Bucs, she assisted her team in ranking third in the nation in shutout percentage (.714), fifth in goals-against average (.429) and ninth in save percentage (.875).
Connolly was also ETSU's 2024 NCAA Woman of the Year Nominee and SAAC President, and earned SoCon Honor Roll and Commissioner's Medal Recipient honors. She would earn her bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations.
Connolly is a Holly Springs, Ga. native and resides in Mobile.
