JUNIOR SEASON (2007-08):  Played in South Alabama’s first 10 games, starting nine before missing the rest of the season due to academic ineligibility...in her 10 games of action, she averaged 7.2 ppg, 5.5 rpg and shot 49.1 percent from the floor...scored double figured in three games, including a 19 point outburst against Spring Hill (Nov. 9) in the season-opener...had a double-double in each of her first two games in a Jag uniform, recording 19 points and 11 rebounds against the Badgers and 14 points and 10 rebounds against Sam Houston State (Nov. 11)...in her 10 games of action, four games of three steals.

AT CHIPOLA JUNIOR COLLEGE:  Lettered two seasons at Chipola Junior College in Marianna, Fla...as a sophomore, Sippio helped lead the Lady Indians to their third straight FCCAA Region VIII State Tournament Championship, averaging 10.1 points per game, 7.3 rebounds per contest, as well as shooting 46 percent from the floor...also garnered Third Team NJCAA All-American honors as a sophomore...earned All-Panhandle Conference accolades as a freshman and as a sophomore...during her freshman season, she was named to the conference’s second team and then as a sophomore she was named to the first team...during the 2006-07 season, Sippio and her Lady Indian teammates finished fifth at the NJCAA National Tournament and ended the season with a 30-7 overall record...as a freshman, Sippio was also a key component of Chipola’s team that advanced all the way to the Final Four of the NJCAA Tournament, finishing with a 31-6 record...CJC finished in the Top-10 nationally in the final regular season polls each of her two seasons there.

AT OSCEOLA HIGH SCHOOL AND NORTH KISSIMMEE HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four seasons at Osceola High School in Kissimmee, Fla...transferred her last semester and graduated from North Kissimmee Christian in Kissimmee, Fla...averaged 21.0 ppg and 12.0 rpg as a senior at OHS...led Cowgirls to a finished fourth place finish in the state tournament as a junior...all-conference selection all four years...named the Osceola County Player of the Year as a junior and senior...selected as the Osceola County Freshman of the Year...earned honorable mention all-state honors as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL:  Ra’Shawna Sippio...nicknamed “Sipp”...has two older brothers who both professional football...brother Roger has played in the Arena 2 Football League (Osceola Ghost Riders) and her brother Bobby was the top wide receiver in the Arena League (Chicago Rush) in 2007 and last summer signed with the Kansas City Chiefs...brother Bobby also lettered at fellow Sun Belt Conference member Western Kentucky...hobbies include listening to music and writing poetry...enjoys reading anything by Jerome Dickey...list her favorite athlete as her brother Bobby...favorite types of foods are Italian and Spanish...celebrity that she would most like to meet is Lisa Raye...chose USA over Louisiana Tech and Virginia Commonwealth...Major is Sports Management.
