Biography

JUNIOR SEASON (2011-12): Started all 29 games in which she competed...Only game that she missed was due to injury...Averaged 7.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in 24.3 minutes of action...Was second-leading rebounder on the club...Ranked second on the squad with 37 steals...Posted double figures scoring 10 times and two double figure rebounding games...Led USA in scoring and rebounding three games each...Had a then career-high 12 points in season opener versus Central Florida (Nov. 12)...Pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds versus Northwestern State (Nov. 21)...Recorded a career-high 17 points versus North Texas (Jan. 4) on 7-of-14 shooting...Missed the Talladega game due to injury (Dec. 10), but returned to action in USA’s next game at Southern Miss (Dec. 18)...Tied a career-high with 17 points at Florida Atlantic (Feb. 22) on 8-of-13 shooting...Had 10 of her 17 points against the Owls in the second half...Registered 16 points and was a career-best 3-for-3 from three-point range at Florida International (Feb. 25)...Had eight points and 10 rebounds in USA’s first round win over Arkansas State (March 3).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010-11): Competed in 27 games as a reserve…Averaged 3.3 points and 2.0 rebounds per game in 10.3 minutes of action…Shot 50 percent (34-of-68) from the field…Had 14 assists, 15 steals and four blocks…Twice recorded a season-high eight points - vs. Louisiana-Monroe (Jan. 15) and UALR (Feb. 23)…Along with the two eight-point efforts, also posted games of four points or better off the bench 11 other times…Missed quarterfinal game of Sun Belt tournament versus UALR after injuring her knee in first-round match-up versus Louisiana-Lafayette…Missed two other games earlier in the season due to injury.

AT GULF COAST (FLA.) COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Lettered one season at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Fla., for head coach Roonie Scovel…As a freshman, was a key reserve for the Lady Commodores who finished with a 32-1 record and outscored their opponents by an average of 22.3 points per game…Helped Gulf Coast capture the program’s third national title…Played in 32 of GCCC’s 33 games, averaging 5.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game…Also had 37 steals, 19 assists, three blocks and shot 48.2 percent from the floor…Best game of the season came in a 91-43 victory over Chipola where she scored 16 points and pulled down nine rebounds…Against Daytona State College, pulled down a season-high 12 rebounds.

AT PINE FOREST HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Pine Forest High School in Pensacola, Fla., under former Lady Jag Chris (McClammy) Godwin who lettered at USA during the ‘94 and ‘95 seasons…While at PFHS, averaged 20.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 5.0 steals per game, while also being selected as the Pensacola News Journal Player of the Year as a senior…During her junior and sophomore seasons, earned first-team all-state honors and throughout her prep career was named the MVP of three different tournaments…Also lettered two years in track  and field and one year in volleyball…Left the Eagle program holding the school record in the triple jump.
