Biography

AT SOUTH ALABAMA
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2025)    

• Appeared in 23 games starting 18 in the circle 
• Battled through multiple injuries during the season, but still led the club with 10 wins
• Held a 3.26 earned run average, while striking out 96 batters
• Ranked in the Top 10 of the league in ERA (10th), strikeouts (eighth), strikeouts looking (30, seventh) and saves (t-fifth)
• In conference play, held a 2.75 ERA in her 52.1 innings of work, while striking out 57, which was third-most in league play
• Her 16 strikeouts looking were tied for second most in league play
• Opened the season with a complete-game victory over UAB (2/6) where she struck out five batters and held the Blazers to four hits
• Picked up a pair of saves in her next two outings against Murray State (2/7) and Northwestern State (2/8)
• After missing a couple weeks, she returned to the circle and tossed a complete-game shutout in South’s conference-opening win over James Madison (3/14) where she struck out eight and held the Dukes to just two hits
• Struck out a career-high 10 batters in the series opener at Georgia State (3/21) one week later
• After missing her second stint of action this season, returned to the circle and provided an immediate spark as she picked up both wins over Sun Belt Conference leader ULM (4/26-27)
• For her play in the series, where she was 2-0 with a 0.70 ERA, scattering eight hits, allowing just one run, and striking out 12 in her 10.0 innings of work, she was named the league’s Pitcher of the Week
• In game two of the series with Troy (5/2), Harrison entered in relief and tossed 3.2 innings of scoreless, two-hit ball to pick up the win

FRESHMAN SEASON (2024)
• Appeared in 16 games with 12 starts in the circle
• Finished with a 5-5 record and a 3.71 earned run average
• Recorded four complete games with three shutouts
• Struck out 23 batters in her 54.2 innings of work
• Tossed a three-hit, complete-game, shut out in her first career start against N.C. Central (2/9) as she allowed just three hits – all singles – and struck out three, while not issuing a walk
• Retired first eighth batters of the game versus the Eagles, and became the first freshman pitcher at South Alabama to record a shutout in her first career start since former Jag Devin Brown
• Picked up her second win of the year in her third start with a five-hit, shutout in a five-inning run-rule victory versus Central Michigan (2/16)
• Tossed a six-inning shutout versus UMass (2/23) at the Gamecock Invitational, and struck out a season-high nine batters
• Earned her fourth win of the spring in game two of the series at ULM (3/23)

AT FAIRHOPE HIGH SCHOOL
• Lettered four seasons at Fairhope High School in Fairhope, Ala.
• Named Second-Team All-American by MaxPreps, as well as Miss Softball by the Alabama Sports Writers Association and to the organization's Super All-State Softball team following her senior season
• Selected the 2023 Class 7A Player of the Year and a first-team all-state selection by the ASWA, while also being named to the 2023 AL.com Coastal high school softball Terrific 20 and the group's Player of the Year
• Played in the ESPN Futures All-American Game in 2022
• For her career, tossed 342 innings in the circle and finished with a 55-6 record in the circle
• Had a career earned run average of 0.80 for the Pirates with 24 shut outs, seven no hitters, four perfect games
• Struck out 626 batters during time at FHS, while holding opponents to a .139 batting average
• Was an offensive weapon for the Pirates as she ended her career with a .442 batting average, 164 hits, 180 RBI, 26 doubles, seven triples, 44 home runs and 68 walks, which included 20-straight intentional walks
• Helped Pirates advance to the state title game as a sophomore and as a senior, and capture back-to-back-to-back area and regional titles each of her last three seasons
• Was 26-1 in the circle during her final prep season, recording 275 strikeouts (12 per 7 innings), 17 shutouts, three no-hitters, three perfect games, a .074 ERA and .138 batting average against opposing batters
• Offensively, recorded a .474 batting average, with 36 runs scored, 64 hits, 76 RBI, eight doubles, two triples, 20 home runs, to go along with a .572 on-base and 1.580 OP
• As a junior, she batted .368 with 46 hits, including 23 for extra bases, and of those, nine were doubles, three were triples and 11 left the yard
• Drove in 53 and scored 35 times
• In the circle, went 14-2 with a 0.54 ERA, and struck out 183 while allowing just one extra-base hit and holding opponents to an .097 batting average
• Went the distance 12 times and recorded nine shutouts, three no hitters
• Tossed a perfect game against Satsuma HS and followed the performance with another no-hit gem in a win over Foley to claim AHSAA Spring Spotlight for Softball on April 7
• Earned Class 7A second-team all-state honors from the ASWA and was also selected to the Al.com Coastal High School Terrific 20 Team
• Competed for the South team in July at the 26th Annual North-South All-Star Game held in Montgomery, Ala. 
• Was 13-3 in the circle with a 1.62 ERA and tossed eight shutouts, two no hitters and another perfect game against Murphy HS as a sophomore
• In her 102 plate appearances, batted .494, drove in 35, scored 20 runs and had 20 more extra-base hits, including 10 home runs
• Earned Class 7A second-team all-state honors from the Alabama Sports Writers’ Association and was an Al.com Coastal High School Terrific 20 Team selection
• Named to the AHSAA state tournament all-tourney team after helping guide Fairhope to a runner-up finish
• As a freshman, Fairhope was selected by Max Preps as the Best High School Softball Team in Alabama
• Received recruiting interest from Sun Belt Conference foes Southern Miss and Troy
• Also lettered three seasons in volleyball for the Pirates 
• Played travel ball with three different in-state programs, most recently two years with the Alabama Thunderbolts
• Was invited to play with Georgia Impact Premier in California where they won the 16U Premier PGF in 2022
