AT SOUTH ALABAMA
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017)    
Started 30 of the 34 games in which she competed, but missed several games while battling a back injury … Made most of her starts (24 games) in the designated player role … Was 22-for-89 at the plate for a .247 batting average … Her five doubles where tied with two other players for third-most on the team … Scored nine runs and had 11 RBI, while successfully stealing a base in her only attempt … Posted four multi-hit outings and two multi-RBI games … Selected to the South Alabama Invitational all-tournament team …Had two hits, both doubles, in a five-inning win against Alabama State (2/12) … Was 2-for-2 with two runs scored and two RBI against Jackson State (2/19) … Also had a 2-for-4 performance and tied a career high with four RBI against Texas A&M - Corpus Christi (2/24) … Went 2-for-4 with a RBI in game one of a doubleheader vs. Louisiana (3/25) … Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2016)    
Started all 51 of South Alabama’s games seeing time at all three of the outfield positions … Her .315 batting average was fourth-highest on the club, while her 47 hits were third most … She also had 10 multi-hit games and five multi-RBI outings … Recorded 58 total bases – six doubles, one triple and one home run – and 26 RBI … Had a hit in 15 consecutive games (March 20 – April 17) … Her 15-game hit streak during the season was tied with two other former Jaguars as the longest in program history  … Also reached base in 17-straight games during the season … Her first career home run was a grand slam against Troy on May 8 … Was 3-for-4 at the plate in that game vs. the Trojans with two runs scored … Also had a three-hit performance in the final game of a three-game SBC series at Appalachian State … Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll.

AT CURRY HIGH SCHOOL    
Lettered four seasons in softball at Curry High School in Jasper, Ala. … Led the Yellow Jackets to county (Walker), area, regional and state championships as a senior in 2015, picking up MVP honors in the latter … During the state tournament, Lane finished the six games hitting .550 with 11 hits in 20 at bats with six runs scored and seven RBI … Recorded a walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the 10th of game one of the AHSAA 4A state championship series vs. Northside to give Curry a 7-3 win … The Yellow Jackets ended the season with a 44-6 record and ranked in the top 20 nationally … In 49 games as a senior, she posted a .466 batting average with 61 hits in 131 at-bats … Finished the season with nine doubles, four triples, five home runs to go along with 33 RBI and 41 runs scored … Struck out just 16 times in 146 plate appearances for a .510 on-base percentage … Also recruited by Arkansas, Auburn, Samford and UAB … Played  five years of club ball for the Birmingham Thunderbolts.
