2024: Outdoor — Finished in 77th place in the 10,000 meters at the NC State Raleigh Relays (29:46.43)... Indoor —  Finished fourth in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:35.90 and fifth in the 3000 meters (8:24.81) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships... Placed sixth in the 5000 meters at the Vanderbilt Music City Challenge with a time of (14:09.23)...

2023: Outdoor— Took third place in the 5000 meters (14:24.00) and the 10,000 meters (30:05.75) at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Broke his personal records in the 5000 meter (13:58.52) and the 10,000 meter  (28:59.69) at the Bryan Clay Invitational... Indoor —  Nine finishes inside the top-10 and six top-three finishes in the regular season... Personal record in the Mile (4:11.77) and the 3000 Meters (8:12.80) at the USA Indoor Invitational... Sun Belt Champion in the mile with a (4:12.26), runner-up in the 5000 meters (13:58.83), and third place in the 3000 meters (8:13.98)... 

2022: Outdoor — Named to the All-Conference second team … Earned two top three finishes at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships - second in the 10,000m (30:10.95) and third in the 5000m (14:36.59) … Placed third at the Crimson Tide Invitational in the 5000m (14:10.78) … Second place finish in the 3000m (8:32.33) at the South Alabama Invitational. Indoor — Did not compete.

2021: XC— Finished second and set a personal best in the 5K at the Azalea City City Classic XC Collegiate after crossing the finish line in 15:40.9 ... Posted three top 15 finished ... Just missed all-Sun Belt honors placing 16th at the SBC Championships with a time of 25:22 in the 8K.

Hutchinson [Kan.] Community College: Lettered two years in both cross country and track & field at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kan. … Earned NJCAA All-American honors six times while with the Blue Dragons … Was an eight-time all-region and all-conference honoree as well during his career at Hutchinson ... A First-Team All-American selection after finishing fifth at the 2020 NJCAA DI Cross Country Championships … Finished inside the top 5 in all five of his cross country events in 2020 … Named the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Association’s NJCAA Division I National Male Athlete of the Week on Oct. 8, 2020, as well as Jayhawk Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week and the National Junior College Athletic Association Runner of the Week, after winning the race and posting the 11th-fastest 8,000-meter run time in Blue Dragon history (25 minutes, 7 seconds) at the Allen Community College Red Devil Relays … Also recorded a three runner up finishes during his sophomore season at the Muthama-Rogers Invite on Sept. 19, at the Terry Masterson Twilight Classic on Sept. 17 and at the Nebraska Kearney Cross Country Invitational Oct. 16 …Placed fourth and set a new 8k personal best with a time of 24:58.5 at the Region VI Cross Country Championships … Earned all-Regional VI and all-Jayhawk West honors in cross country as a freshman … Left holding the program record in the indoor 5k (14:48), 3k (8:30) and outdoor 10k (30:11).

High School: Lettered four years in track & field and three years in cross country at Kingman High School in Kingman, Kan. … Won the Class 3A Regional as a senior … Held a mile time of 4:31, a 2-mile time of 9:39, a 5k time of 16:03 and an 800m time of 2:00 ...
