Biography

2023: Outdoor — Silver medal in the decathlon at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships with a personal record point total of 7331 points...Took first place at the Samford Track Challenge with 7220 points and five event wins: shot put (14.39 meters), high jump (2.04 meters), 110-meter hurdles (15.75), discus (39.92 meters), pole vault (4.85 meters)... Won the pole vault at the South Alabama Invitational with a clearance of 4.65 meters (15'3")...Personal record and a fifth place finish in the discus at the Jaguars Throwers/ Pole Vault Opener with a throw of 45.82 meters (150'4")... Indoor —..Sun Belt Conference Champion in the heptathlon with 5578 points and three event wins long jump (7.20 meters), shot put (13.98 meters), and the high jump (2.00 meters)...Secured second place in the Samford Indoor Multis with 5407 points and a personal best finish in the 1000 meters (2:47.85)...

2022: Outdoor — Set a personal record in the decathlon at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships, reaching 6181 points, placing first in the shot put (13.87m) and the high jump (1.99m) in the event … Reached personal bests in the 110m hurdles (15.45m) and the long jump (7.06mw) at the Crimson Tide Invitational … Marked 41.32m in the discus at the Jaguar Opener. Indoor — Set a PR in the heptathlon with 5356 points at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships … Won the heptathlon event at the Samford Multis 2022 (5263 points) which is second in program history. 

High School: Competed in multiple sports, including track & field at Luther College in Melbourne, Australia ... Graduated in 2019 while holding the 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, long jump and javelin records.
 
Club: Competed for St. Kevin’s Amateur Athletic Club in Melbourne, Australia for three years.
