Jaguar Highlights: Will challenge for the starting position at the ‘X’ wide receiver slot ... As a former defensive back, can also contribute as a gunner covering punts ... Shared game-high honors with three receptions for the Blue in the annual spring game, finishing with 35 yards including a 14-yard touchdown catch that helped draw the team within two points midway through the third quarter.

As A Redshirt Junior (2016): Appeared in all 13 games, making his first career start in win over Presbyterian ... Finished with two catches for 40 yards on offense, as well as a pair of tackles on special teams ... First reception at the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision level went for 34 yards at Louisiana-Lafayette ... Caught one ball for a six-yard pick up in win over Nicholls the following week ... Credited with solo stops in back-to-back outings against rival Troy and in a Homecoming defeat of Georgia State ... Earned the coaches’ award for big hit against the Panthers.

Junior College Highlights (2013-14): Played for two seasons at Itawamba (Miss.) CC ... Posted 25 total stops — with 20 of those unassisted — and a team-high eight passes broken up as a sophomore, adding one fumble recovery ... Recorded a season-best four tackles on four occasions including each of the Indians’ last three contests ... That included four solo stops in their finale against nationally-ranked Mississippi Gulf Coast CC ... Had four unassisted tackles and broke up two passes in defeat of Northeast Mississippi CC ... Also finished with four stops and a pair of passes defended in season opener against Copiah-Lincoln (Miss.) CC ...
