AT SOUTH ALABAMA
• 2022 Preseason all-Sun Belt Conference selection

SENIOR SEASON (2021)    
• Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List selection
• NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete honoree
• Named to 2021 Sun Belt Conference Championship all-tournament team    
• Started 43 of 47 games, seeing time at three different positions – catcher (30), first base (9) and designated player (4)    
• Batted .248 and finished with 31 hits – 18 of which went for extra bases – while posting a team-best .552 slugging percentage    
• Scored 20 runs and drove in 27 runs    
• Led the team with 10 home runs and recorded eight doubles    
• Tied for fourth in the Sun Belt in home runs    • Of her 27 RBI, 11 came with two outs    
• Posted seven multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games    
• Tied the program’s career home run record (28) with a fourth-inning solo home run versus Texas State (5/15) in the semifinal game of the SBC Championship
• Her 52 career extra-base hits rank eighth all-time at South Alabama

• Drove in a career-best five runs after going 3-for-4 with a double and a home run, to go along with a pair of runs scored    
• Her three-run home run in the third inning was part of a five-run frame in South’s road win at No. 18 Texas State (4/11) in the series finale to help the Jags complete the sweep    
• Both hits in game two of a doubleheader versus ULM (4/25) went for extra bases – a double and a home run – to go along with a pair of RBI    
• Went 3-for-3 with a pair of runs in the opening game of the Sun Belt Conference Championship versus Appalachian State (5/12)    

JUNIOR SEASON (2020) – COVID 19 SEASON    
• Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List selection
• Started all 25 games seeing time at three different positions; catcher, first base and designated player    
• Batted .300 as she was 24-for-80 at the plate    
• Her 24 hits were tied for second-most on the team with eight of her hits going for extra bases    
• Led the club with 18 runs driven in and her four doubles were tied with three other players for the most on the team    
• Was tied for seventh in RBI and tied for eighth in hits in the Sun Belt    
• Had a pair of home runs and scored 10 runs, and posted a .450 slugging percentage    
• Ranked second on the team in multi-hit games (6) and tied for top honors in multi-RBI outings (3)    
• Her 13-game reached base safely streak led the team    
• Went 9-for-14 (.643) when leading off an inning    
• Drove in three runs and recorded her first career triple vs. Illinois (2/8) at the NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Fla.
• Named all-tournament at the Jaguar Challenge    
• Scored two runs and stole first career base versus Austin Peay (2/14)    
• Went 3-for-4 with a run scored, a RBI and a double versus Austin Peay (2/15)

• Had another three-hit performance in the series opener versus Appalachian State (3/6) as she was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, to runs scored and a RBI
• In game two of the series, drove in three with a home run and scored twice     

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2019)    

• Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll selection
• Started 46 of the 49 games in which she played    
• Made her first 23 starts at third for the Jaguars before starting once at catcher and 22 times as the designated player    
• Ranked third on the team with a .325 batting average, while her 49 hits were second-most on the club    
• Recorded 14 extra-base hits, including six doubles and eight home runs, while also tallying 79 total bases     
• Scored 20 runs and drove in 28, and had a .523 slugging percentage    
• Walked 13 times and was hit by pitch on three occasions    
• Of her 12 multi-hit games, half came against Sun Belt competition, while five of her multi-RBI outings also came in league play    
• Nine of her 14 extra-base hits came in SBC play    
• Set new highs for both hit streak (10) and reached base safely streak (12)    
• Recorded at least one hit in seven of her first nine games to start the season
• Went 3-for-5 with a home run and two RBI against Mercer (2/16) in a 12-8 victory over the Bears    
• Posted three-hit performances against Savannah State (3/2), at UT Arlington (3/9), at Georgia State (4/12) and versus McNeese State (3/24)    
• Went 3-for-4 with three runs scored, three RBI and two home runs against Savannah State at the Diamond 9 Citrus II Classic    
• One of four players in program history to have multiple games of two home runs or more, joining former Jags Kaitlyn Griffith, Christin Crocker and Brittany Fowler    
• During her 10-game hit streak (3/2 - 3/19), she recorded 18 hits, had four multi-hit efforts and drove in nine
• Tied a career high in hits during that same span as she was a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs driven in against Bradley (3/2)    
• Also had an eight-game stretch (4/12 - 4/26) later in the season in which she was a combined 15-for-29 (.517) with nine RBI, six runs scored, three home runs and a pair of doubles
• Homered in three-straight contests – the series final at Georgia State and the first two games of the ULM series, which tied for third-longest such streak in program history    

FRESHMAN SEASON (2018)    
• Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List selection
• Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete honoree
• Started 54 of the 55 games that she appeared in as a true freshman, making starts at designated player (26), first base (20) and catcher (8)     
• Was 42-for-159 at the plate for a .264 batting average    
• Had 13 extra-base hits and scored 14 runs, while driving in 27 which was fourth-most on the club    
• Her 13 extra-base hits were tied for second most on the roster    
• Recorded a team-best 23 walks and had a .447 slugging percentage    
• Tied for top honors on the roster with eight home runs, which were tied for ninth in the Sun Belt Conference    
• Seven of her eight home runs came during league play with 14 of her 27 RBI also coming during that time    
• Hit .315 against SBC competition
• Had 10 multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games
• First collegiate hit was a RBI double against Providence (2/10) at the Friends of Jaclyn Invitational    
• Two games later, she posted her first multi-hit performance with a 2-for-4 performance against Butler (2/11)    
• First career home run was a seventh-inning, walk-off of game two against UTA (3/10) to lead the inning off    
• Led the Jaguars with five game-winning RBI
• Drove in a then season-best three runs on two hits against Western Kentucky (3/14)    
• Was a perfect 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles and a RBI in game two of the Sun Belt series against Georgia State (3/24) as she made her first start at first base    
• Had a home run and a pair of RBI in the series finale a day later against Ga. State    
• In the three-game set against the Panthers, Kvistad was 7-for-8 (.875) with three extra-base hits, four RBI and a 1.500 slugging percentage 
• Drove in a season-best four RBI against Southern Mississippi (4/3), including a three-run home run, her first multi-run homer of the season    
• Became the first player in program history to hit three home runs in the same game as she did so in game two of a SBC road series at Coastal Carolina (4/28)    • Hit solo home runs in the second and fourth innings and then recorded a two-run blast in the sixth to help lead South to a 10-4 win and a five home run performance on the day    • Went 2-for-3 with a walk and a RBI against Georgia State (5/9) in the Sun Belt Conference Championship    

AT COLUMBIA HIGH SCHOOL    
• Lettered five seasons at Columbia High School in Lake City, Fla.    
• Three-time Florida Class 7A first-team all-state honoree    
• Named the 2017 Gainesville Sun “Big School” Player of the Year
• Batted .412, recorded 119 hits, 81 RBI and a .525 on-base percentage during her prep career at Columbia    
• Of her 119 hits, 49 have been for extra bases – 20 home runs and 29 doubles    
• Batted a prep career-best .565 in her 25 games as a senior as she was 39-for-69 at the plate    
• Scored 32 runs and drove in 30 runs of her own    
• Walked 20 times and striking out just once in 90 plate appearances    
• Had 15 doubles and eight home runs as a senior and posted a 1.130 slugging percentage, and was named the MaxPrep / NFCA National Player of the Week during her final prep season    
• Went 4-for-4 at the plate twice during the season and drove in a season-best four runs on four occasions    
• Selected as the Florida 7A Defensive Player of the Year     
• Named to the PGF High School All-American team (2017)    
• Batted .321 as a junior in 78 at-bats, registering 25 hits, 20 runs, six doubles and two home runs and earned first-team Class 7A Miracle Sports all-state honors    
• During her junior campaign, she also threw out 17 of the 20 runners who attempted to steal on her and had a 1.000 fielding percentage
• For her play that season, she was named the Lake City Reporter’s Player of the Year, as well as a Class 6A Miracle Sports all-state first-team selection
• Batted .406 to go along with seven home runs and 22 RBI during her sophomore season    
• Selected the Jaguars after receiving offers from UAB, Mississippi State, Jacksonville and Georgia    
• Played six years at the club level competing for the Gulf Coast Hurricanes based out of Midway, Ga.    
• Helped the Hurricanes win the Triple Crown Nationals, and finish first at the Mt. Albert Sparkler in Colorado
