Jaguar Highlights: A preseason third-team all-Sun Belt Conference selection by Phil Steele Publications ... Should contribute on the defensive line from the nose tackle position ... Credited with a pair of stops, including a solo tackle behind the line, in the annual spring game ... Both tackles in second spring scrimmage were for a loss ... Also recovered a fumble and posted an assist in the opening scrimmage of the spring.

As A Junior (2018): Named honorable mention all-Sun Belt Conference following his first season with the program ... Started all 12 contests at nose tackle, recording 30 total tackles including six behind the line of scrimmage with a pair of sacks ... Also credited with two forced fumbles — he was the only member of the Jaguar defense to post more than one on the year — and a fumble recovery ... Finished with a career-best six stops with 1½ tackles for loss in league victory over Texas State ...
