2024 (R-Fr.): Started and played in 11 of South Alabama's 13 games on the season ... was the definition of a dual-threat quarterback, hurting teams with his arm and legs ... his average of 274.7 yards of total offense per game ranks 22nd in the nation ... finished the season throwing for 2,557 yards and 18 touchdowns against just five interceptions while completing .659 percent of his passes ... finished third in in the Sun Belt in fewest interceptions thrown, fourth in passing touchdowns, fourth in average passing yards per game, fourth in passing efficiency and fourth in completion percentage ... ran for 465 yards and seven touchdowns ... his seven rushing touchdowns were the 10th most in the conference, and put him in the top-100 nationally ... set the program's single-game record for total offense in the season opener against North Texas with 432 passing yards and 62 rushing yards for a total of 494 ... also tossed three touchdowns against the Mean Green ... led the Jags to a school-record 87 points in a win against Northwestern State where he threw for four touchdowns ... scored two rushing touchdowns in South's late-season win at Louisiana ... tossed two scores and rushed for another to beat App State on the road in the Sun Belt opener ... earned All-Sun Belt Honorable Mention recognition at season's end. 

2023 (Fr.): Appeared in five games on the season for the Jaguars and made one start at quarterback ... named 68 Ventures Bowl MVP after leading the Jaguars to the first bowl victory in program history, a 59-10 beatdown of Eastern Michigan ... completed 14 passes for 192 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 88 yards and a touchdown in the 68 Ventures Bowl ... finished the year completing 41 passes for 475 yards and four touchdowns ... rushed for an additional 154 yards and two scores ... in his lone start of the season at Troy, completed 17 passes for 155 yards and rushed for 39 yards ... maintained his freshman year of eligibility with a redshirt. 

High School: A three-star by 247Sports and Rivals, Lopez was named First Team All-State by the Alabama Sportswriters Association (ASWA) his senior season, while also played for the North squad in the annual AHSAA North-South All-Star football game in December… As a junior threw for 2,767 yards and 29 touchdowns.
