Jaguar Highlights: Projected as the starter at the “Bandit” position at the end of spring practice ... Was selected by the coaching staff as the most improved defensive end this spring also ... Collected four tackles, including a solo stop for loss, in the second scrimmage of the spring.

As A Junior (2015): Limited by injuries to just six appearances in his first season as a Jaguar ... Finished with a total of five tackles including one sack ... Posted career-best two stops — both unassisted — in first career start against Arkansas State ... Also credited with two tackles in win over Louisiana-Lafayette ... Recorded a solo stop in Homecoming defeat of Idaho as well.

Virginia Tech Highlights (2012-14): Earned two letters for the Hokies after sitting out the 2012 campaign as a redshirt ... Played in every game during the 2014 season, posting eight total stops — which included 1½ behind the line — and a forced fumble as the Hokies finish with a winning mark following a defeat of Cincinnati in the Military Bowl ... Credited with a pair of solo tackles both in a season-opening victory over William & Mary and against East Carolina ... Added an unassisted stop in between those contests as VT beat eventual national champion Ohio State, 35-21, on the road ...
