Jaguar Highlights: Enters the fall listed as the backup quarterback on the depth chart ... Threw for 98 yards — with 68 of those coming on a second-quarter touchdown pass — in the annual iHeartRadio Red-Blue Game ... Recorded a team-best 123 passing yards, including a 58-yard touchdown pass, in the first scrimmage of the spring.

As A Junior (2017): Appeared in eight contests, starting seven times ... Was 122-of-232 passing for 1,490 yards and seven touchdowns, also leading the team with 1,461 yards of total offense ... Voted the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week after recording career highs in completions (25), pass attempts (45), yards passing (343) and total offense (323), throwing for two scores in win over Arkansas State on Senior Day ... Also earned the coaches’ offensive back and “War Daddy” awards for the performance ... Finished 22-of-35 passing for 274 yards with two touchdowns against Louisiana the previous week ...
