2024 (R-Fr.): Saw playing time in South Alabama's historic, 87-10 victory over Northwestern State.

2023 (Fr.): Did not see action as a true freshman.

High School: A three-star lineman, Griffin flipped after committing to Troy in August… Had interest from several Power 5 schools including Georgia Tech and Kentucky… Played on both sides of the football for an 11-2 Pleasant Grove team that reached the state semifinals.
