Career Notes:  Ranked second in nation with 24 home runs in sophomore season at Meridian CC • All-district and all-region selection in 2008 and 2009 • Named NJCAA Baseball Player of the Week on April 15, 2009 • Set MCC career home run record with 39 homers in two seasons.

Junior College (Meridian CC):  Played two years for coach Chris Rose at Meridian Community College • Hit .415 (80-for-193) with 24 home runs and 70 RBI in 2009 • Also collected 14 doubles and reached base at a .484 clip • Hit three home runs in a game against Shelton State (4/7/09) on his way to hitting six home runs over a three-game span (4/1-10/09) • Had a six-game streak with at least two RBI in each game (3/7-17/09) • As a freshman in 2008, hit .370 with 15 home runs and 67 RBI • Was named all-district and all-region both seasons at MCC • Named NJCAA Baseball Player of the Week on April 15, 2009.

High School:  Played at West Lauderdale High School in Collinsville, Miss. • Named all-state twice and earned all-district honors all four seasons • Helped team with 2007 state championship by hitting .442 with 15 home runs and 72 RBI.

Personal:  Born July 11, 1988 in Meridian, Miss. • First of two children to Larry and Donna Vick • Has a younger sister, Andrea • Physical Education major.
