2009 (Junior): Started 36 of 38 games played and hit .295 (41-for-139) with seven home runs and 21 RBI • Played errorless defense while starting 33 games in right field • Scored 33 runs and doubled 11 times • Was unable to hit and missed most of last month of season after breaking hand in game at Louisiana-Lafayette (4/17) • Made two appearances as a pinch runner • Hit first home run of season and went 2-for-3 with three runs scored against Iowa (2/28) • Doubled twice and drove in a pair of runs against Stetson (3/1) • Had third consecutive multi-hit game with 2-for-3 effort against Baylor (3/6) • Hit walk-off homer in 10th inning against Memphis (3/10), then homered again the next day in another win over Memphis (3/11) • Had season-best three hits and scored three times in finale at Western Kentucky (3/15) • Went 2-for-4 with two runs scored in win over Mississippi State (3/24) • Went 2-for-4 and scored three times against Southeastern Louisiana (3/25) • Had third consecutive multi-hit game when he went 2-for-3, homered and drove in three runs against Arkansas State (3/27) • Started career-long, 10-game hitting streak when he drove in three runs against Florida Atlantic (4/3) • Tied a school record by doubling three times in six at-bats against Florida Atlantic (4/4) • Had one hit in each of last eight starts, and sits on an active 10-game hitting streak entering 2010 season.
2008 (Sophomore): Hit .320 (39-for-122) while appearing in 41 games for USA • Made 29 starts • 23 of his starts were in right field, one in left field and five as the designated hitter • Hit .424 (14-for-33) during career-long, eight-game hitting streak (5/3-5/16) • Came off bench and went 2-for-3 with a pair of homers vs. New Orleans (3/22) • Also notched a career-best five RBI in that game • Went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored vs. Mississippi State (3/26) • Went 10-for-13 with two home runs, six runs scored and three RBI during three-game stretch in April (4/18-4/25) • Hit a solo homer and went 3-for-5 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette (4/18) • Set a career high with four hits in 4-for-4 effort vs. Jackson State (4/22) • Also scored a career-best four runs, homered and drove in a pair of runs in that game • Went 3-for-4 with a triple and a run vs. Middle Tennessee (4/25) • Drove in four runs and went 3-for-5 in series finale vs. Louisiana-Monroe (5/4) • Collected three hits and scored a run vs. Florida International (5/11) • Got on base at a .381 clip (16-for-42) when he reached base safely in 10 straight games (5/3-5/21).
2007 (Freshman): Played in 40 games, starting 29 • Batted .286 (32-for-112) with three homers and 18 RBI • Doubled six times • Got first hit of collegiate career in with an infield single that drove in a run vs. Jackson State (2/21) • Went 2-for-4 with a double vs. Louisiana-Monroe (3/23) • Notched second consecutive multi-hit game with 2-for-3 effort vs. ULM (3/24) • Went 2-for-4 with a double, a run and an RBI in series-opener vs. Florida Atlantic (4/26) • Hit his first collegiate home run with a pinch-hit solo homer vs. Florida International (5/4) • Went 3-for-4 with an RBI in next game vs. FIU (5/5) • Came off bench and went 1-for-2 with an RBI in series finale vs. FIU to complete series with at least one hit and RBI in each game • Hit a pair of homers and drove in three vs. Western Kentucky (5/13) • Had season-long, five-game hitting streak (4/20-4/27) • Hit .333 (6-for-18) with five runs and three RBI during streak.

High School: Lettered four years at Kokomo High School in Kokomo, Ind. • Named all-county for the Wildkats in all four seasons • An all-conference selection from 2003-05 • Earned preseason all-state honors as a junior and senior • named team MVP in 2003 and 2004 • Set school records for hits, runs, batting average and stolen bases • Team captured the North Central Conference Title in 2003.
