2012 (Redshirt):  Redshirted the 2012 season.

2011 (Freshman):  Went 3-5 with a 7.24 ERA in 27 1/3 innings ... Struck out 17 batters against 12 walks ... Did not allow a run in five appearances ... Earned first career win at Tulane (4/13) where he pitched five innings in relief and allowed just two hits ... That appearance marked a career-long outing, and also was the first of three straight appearances in which he recorded three-plus strikeouts ... Tossed four shutout innings at Auburn (4/19) and allowed just four hits while striking out three ... Allowed one run and struck out three in 2 1/3 innings in relief at Louisiana at Lafayette (4/23) ... Recorded back-to-back scoreless appearances against Troy (5/19, 5/21).

High school:  Lettered three years for Gulf Shores High School and one year at North Gwinnett High School in Atlanta, Ga. ... Holds GSHS record in strikeouts and single-season record in ERA ... Recorded a 1.36 ERA and 89 strikeouts as a senior ... Also batted .420 with five home runs and 26 RBI.
