2012 (Junior):  Went 4-1 with a team-best 3.04 ERA in nine appearances, eight of which were starts ... Struck out 36 batters and issued 12 walks in 47 1/3 innings ... Limited the opposition to a .236 batting average ...  Did not allow an earned run in his first two appearances ... Tossed one shutout inning against No. 32 College of Charleston in his first career appearance (Feb. 17) ... Allowed two unearned runs on three hits while striking out four and walking two in six innings in his first career start against Jackson State (Feb. 21) ... Allowed four runs on nine hits in 6 2/3 innings while striking out five and issuing two walks against Troy to earn his first SBC win (March 18) ... Junior college:  Went 7-4 with two saves and a 2.62 ERA in 75 2/3 innings pitched as a sophomore at Mississippi Gulf Coast CC ...
