DENTON, Texas ? Senior Dias Doskarayev and sophomore Marek Sramek were named to the 2007 Sun Belt All-Conference men’s tennis team, the conference office announced Thursday.

Doskarayev, ranked 75^th in the latest ITA poll and Sramek, rankek 46^th, were named to the singles team along with Denver’s Adam Holmstrom (ranked 17^th nationally), UALR’s Dinko Halachev (100th), Middle Tennessee’s Andreas Siljestrom (78^th) and Marco Born (120^th). 

 

In doubles, Middle Tennessee’s duo of Siljestrom and Born are ranked 11^th made the squad, as well as Denver’s Holmstrom and Niklas Persson are ranked 46^th.  Rounding out the doubles all-conference team is UALR’s pair of Edson Abrao and Rain Roigas.

 

The top-seeded Jaguars open the 2007 Sun Belt Conference championship on Friday at 3 p.m. against Western Kentucky.
