Preseason Highlights: Chosen honorable mention preseason All-American by Pro Football Network ... A preseason third-team all-Sun Belt Conference selection by Phil Steele Publications, earning fourth-team preseason all-league recognition from Athlon Sports.

As A Senior (2020): Played in all 11 contests, starting each of the team’s final 10 outings ... Finished the year with a career-best 28 stops, with one of those behind the line of scrimmage ... Was the only player on the squad to record multiple interceptions, posting two to go along with three additional pass break ups ... Recorded a career-high six tackles in victory at Arkansas State ... Credited with three stops in season-opening win at Southern Mississippi ... Made three tackles — all unassisted — including one for a loss of three yards at Georgia Southern ... Collected three stops in season-ending “Battle For The Belt” against Troy as well ... Made two solo stops and returned an interception 95 yards for a touchdown in victory over ULM ... Also posted two tackles and intercepted a pass against Georgia State ... Finished with a pair of stops and broke up a pass against both No. 25 Louisiana and Tulane as well as in a win over Texas State in South’s Sun Belt Conference opener ... As A Junior (2019): Started eight times while appearing in all 12 contests ... Credited with 15 tackles — all unassisted — and six passes broken up, accounting for three takeaways with an interception and two fumble recoveries as well ... Tied for the team lead in recovered fumbles and was second on the squad in passes defensed ... Posted season-high three stops and recovered a fumble in opening game at No. 24 Nebraska ... Matched that total with three tackles, adding a pass defensed, both against Louisiana and in a win over Arkansas State in the finale ... Had fumble recovery and broke up a pass in defeat of Jackson State ... Intercepted first pass of his career and also made a tackle in final road game of the year at Georgia State ... Recorded a stop and a pass defensed in match-ups with Memphis, ULM and Texas State.

Junior College Highlights (2018): Received two stars from 247Sports.com coming out of junior college ... Recorded 21 total tackles and four passes defensed in the fall to help Northwest Mississippi CC to an 8-2 finish and a berth in the semifinals of the Mississippi Association Of Community & Junior Colleges semifinals ... Part of a Ranger defense that was among the top 15 nationally in scoring defense and top 25 in total defense as the team ended the season ranked seventh in the final National Junior College Athletic Association poll ... Credited with a season-best six stops and broke up a pass in win over Itawamba (Miss.) CC in the regular-season finale ... Posted four tackles in back-to-back wins over Coahoma (Miss.) CC and Northeast Mississippi CC ... Had three stops including an assist behind the line of scrimmage in defeat of Southwest Mississippi CC and broke up two passes the following week in win over Mississippi Delta CC.

As A Freshman (2017): Did not make his collegiate debut until the “Battle For The Belt” at Troy, but would go on to appear in each of the Jaguars’ last seven outings ... Recorded seven stops (six unassisted) and broke up a pass ... Pass break up came in the middle of the fourth quarter of the Troy contest ... Posted a season-high two tackles the following week in Homecoming victory over ULM ... Made a pair of solo stops against both Louisiana and New Mexico State ... Also credited with an assisted tackle at Georgia State.

High School Highlights: A three-star prospect according to Rivals.com, Scout.com, ESPN.com and 247Sports.com ... Rivals.com rated him among the top 12 recruits in Mississippi and the top 70 cornerbacks in the country ... Ranked by both ESPN.com and 247Sports.com among the top 30 prospects in the state ... Earned three letters and was a two-year starter at Oxford High ... Earned first-team all-state and all-region honors as a senior, and was named second-team all-state and first-team all-region following his junior season ... As a senior, recorded 45 stops, two tackles for loss, 16 passes defensed and a pair of interceptions he returned 120 yards in helping the Chargers go 8-5 after advancing to the second round of the state 5A playoffs ... Also had eight carries for 58 yards and a score while returning three kicks for 47 more yards ... Helped OHS go 12-3 en route to a berth in the state championship game his junior year, collecting 53 tackles and 20 passes broken up while intercepting one pass and recovering a fumble as well ... Was part of an OHS team that went 13-2 and reached the state championship contest when he was a sophomore, running for 267 yards and three touchdowns on 34 attempts ...
