Biography

As A Junior (2020): Played in all 11 games, starting the season opener as well as the last two outings of the year ... After making the move to the secondary in the spring, finished with 21 tackles — with that total including 18 solo stops — and five passes broken up, ranking second on the team in the latter category ... Was also credited with a forced fumble ... Recorded a season-best seven stops, all solo, against Troy in the annual “Battle For The Belt” in the season finale ... Made four tackles against UAB ... Had three unassisted stops in home opener against Tulane, including one for a loss of three yards, while also forcing a fumble in the contest ... Posted a pair of tackles in win over Texas State in the Jaguars’ Sun Belt Conference opener ... Credited with a solo stop and a pass defensed in victories at Southern Mississippi in the season opener and Arkansas State, with the tackle against the latter behind the line ... Finished with unassisted stop in defeat of ULM and at Georgia Southern ... Had an assist while also breaking up a season-high two passes at 25th-ranked Louisiana.

As A Sophomore (2019): Started both of the team’s first two outings, going on to see action in all 12 contests ... Recorded 14 receptions for 127 yards and two touchdowns ... Was also credited with a pair of stops on special teams ... Finished with career-high totals after catching four passes for 33 yards in the annual “Battle For The Belt” at Troy ... Posted two receptions for 16 yards, including a nine-yard grab for a score midway through the third quarter, in season opener at No. 24 Nebraska ... Had a pair of catches for 15 yards the following week in defeat of Jackson State and two receptions for 11 yards in the team’s Sun Belt Conference opener at ULM ... Hauled in two passes for 25 yards in season-ending win over Arkansas State ... Career-long 22-yard touchdown catch with 35 seconds to go in the second quarter gave the Jags a 14-13 halftime lead at Texas State.

As A Redshirt Freshman (2018): Appeared in all but one game ... Caught three passes for 22 yards and was credited with three stops as a part of the Jaguars’ punt coverage unit ... Recorded the first two receptions of his collegiate career — for a total of 17 yards — on South’s final drive at Oklahoma State ... Also made a five-yard catch at eventual Sun Belt Conference champion Appalachian State ... Posted a pair of tackles and recovered a fumbled punt return in the final seconds of the opening half against Troy in the annual “Battle For The Belt” ... Had a solo stop at Arkansas State also.

As A Freshman (2017): Was a redshirt his first season at the collegiate level.
