JUNIOR SEASON (2010-11): Moved into the starting two-guard spot as a junior, recording 28 starts in 30 games…Ranked second on the club and 23rd in the Sun Belt in scoring with 10.8 points per game…Dished out 56 assists and recorded 20 steals…Shot 75 percent (57-of-76) from the free-throw line…Was one of the top three-point shooters in the league, knocking down 55 of her 152 attempts from beyond the arc for 36.2 percent - sixth-best in the SBC - and averaged 1.8 treys per game - fifth in the conference…Led the club in scoring 10 times - second-most on the team - and scored double figures on 18 occasions, including a career-high 25 points versus Mobile (Dec. 15)…Was 9-of-12 from the field versus the Rams, including 7-of-10 from the three-point line…Her seven three-pointers versus Mobile tied both an individual school-record and Mitchell Center record..Had games of two three-pointers or more 17 times…Posted 17 points on 4-of-7 shooting in USA’s opening round victory of the Sun Belt tournament versus Louisiana-Lafayette (March 5).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2009-10): Competed in all 31 games as a sophomore and made her first collegiate start vs. Southern Miss (Nov. 14) in the season opener…Averaged 5.4 points and 1.3 rebounds per game in 14.6 minutes of action…Her 39 three-pointers ranked third on the club…Also had 19 assists and 14 steals…Began the season strong, recording double figures in five of USA’s first seven games, including a career-high 17 points vs. Spring Hill (Nov. 19)…Hit a career-best five three-pointers against the Badgers…Followed that performance with a 14-point effort vs. Western Illinois (Nov. 23) where she was 4-for-10 from long range…Led USA in scoring in both games…Recorded double figures eight times throughout the season.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2008-09): Saw action in 29 games for South Alabama as a freshman…Averaged 3.2 points per game in 9.5 minutes of action off the bench…Shot 31.1 percent from behind the arc (19-of-61)…Came off the bench in the consolation game of the GW Thanksgiving Classic to spark the Jag offense, posting 11 points…Was 5-of-8 from the field against Liberty (Nov. 29) in 15 minutes of action in the 65-61 victory…Recorded 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting against Florida International (Feb. 11)…Connected on three of her four attempts from beyond the arc against her home-state school.

AT DUNBAR HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered one season in basketball at Dunbar High School in Fort Myers, Fla…Guided the Tigers to a 25-3 record and a runner-up finish in the Class 3A state championship as a senior…During her senior season, averaged 14.2 ppg, 6.7 apg, 3.6 spg and 2.3 rpg, earning second-team all-state honors…Led the area in assists as a senior and was listed as the 64th best player in Florida by HoopGurlz.com…Also lettered one year in track at DHS.

AT FORT MYERS HIGH SCHOOL: Prior to transferring to Dunbar for her senior season, Peterson was a two-time all-area player at Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, Fla…As a junior, averaged 15 ppg and 5.0 apg.
